The WOD this morning was the "Filthy Fifty"... oh... he's a dirty dirty dirty lil' one. The workout was basically 50 reps of 9 different exercises. Here's the board because I don't have the energy to type it all out!

Left Crossfit to head over to HappyTree for some Yin-lovin' yoga with Albert. Every muscle in my body was screaming. Well ok.. maybe only about 30 of them... but it sure felt like all of them! You never fully realize how stiff you are until you do a Yin class and experience how different your body feels after! Cuing "yoga-brain"...
And the perfect ending to the perfect morning... Comfort food. Oh ya. I had an energy bar prior to Crossfit and a granola bar post-yoga... But I needed a food hug. So I went to Brossard to meet up with my parents for some Congee and radish cake.
My muscles are tender, my brain is mush and now I'm entering into a food coma... How is that not the perfect morning!
