So I decided to go home... hahaha... just kidding!
One thing this blog is doing is making me accountable!!! Even if no one reads it, the fact that it's being posted onto the big bad world wide web is enough....
Crossfit on Friday, two yoga classes yesterday and topped off with a hot yoga class tonight... 4 classes in 72 hours...
So can someone explain why I still can't sleep? Insomnia seriously bites my posterior!
All I keep hearing is the key to training to eating well and sleeping... maybe I should start punching myself in the face to knock me out...
