Hello quads, nice to make your acquaintance. I'd like to inform you that you have to walk alot of stairs tomorrow. FML moment #1 of training! But this is a good pain :)
In all seriousness though, that wasn't was as difficult as I thought. My yoga practice definitely prepped me for it, that's for sure. The countless Chaturangas and Virabradrasanas I've done were appreciated tonight... FO SHO!
For those of you who are interested, the workout consisted of the following:
Warmup: 500m on row machine, air squats, presses, ending with a 250m sprint on the row machine.
Followed by: 400m on row machine, 20 air squats, 15 presses. Repeat for 15 minutes.
Sounds easy eh? Ya... try it!
But I have to say... it was FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!! Can't wait for the next class to get my butt seriously kicked!!!
But can someone remind me to eat something before next time??
