Check check and check!

Dripping sweat - check!
Shaky legs - check!
Post class Jugo Juice shake - check!

That was AWESOME! Spinning was a lot of fun!!! I can't believe I just said that! IT WAS FABULOUS!!!

So new training schedule is now in effect!
Sunday - Hot Yoga
Monday - Hot Yoga
Tuesday - Spinning
Wednesday - Crossfit
Thursday - Spinning
Friday - OFF!
Saturday - Crossfit and Yin Yoga

Trying to figure out if I can fit in a third Crossfit... Maybe replace Monday's hot yoga with Crossfit and double-up spinning and hot yoga on Thursday? Too much!?!? Not sure... Will stick with the above for a few weeks and see how it works out!
