Last do-do before the ride... And of course I'm too pumped up to get any sleep!!!
Char and I went to drop off our bikes this afternoon and that's when the jitters started. Not so much nervous jitters... But excitement jitters!! Especially when I saw the sign "The start of your epic journey"... Epic indeed!!
After months of planning, preparing and training it all comes down to the next 48 hours! It's been an extremely difficult but rewarding process for me to get to where I am today. This weekend will represent yet another milestone in my life. I will have over 250km of riding time for introspection. Quite frankly that scares me more than the ride itself.
But I am ready!!!!
Let's get this show on the road!
